Postage & Delivery

Delivery Policy

We use Australia Post delivery services and offer Regular or Registered Post options at Checkout. Customers are notified by email when orders have been dispatched.

Please allow for up to 7 days for delivery although we aim to deliver within 3 working days of receiving confirmation of payment. With this in mind, orders paid by cheque can add another 7 days to the expected delivery time.

A delay in the delivery time will occur if items are out of stock. Customers will be notified of this situation with an approximate new delivery time before an order is processed. Customers have the option to retract their order and receive a full refund if they are not satisfied with the new delivery schedule.

Postage & Handling Costs

We accept orders from Australia and overseas.

Australian orders: postage & handling costs are automatically calculated and added during Checkout. Customers can choose either regular or registered post.

NB: Compensation up to $50 may be paid at Australia Post's discretion upon production of a receipt or other proof of lodgement for loss or damage.

Registered Post
Add an additional $2.95 to the prices listed above. Compensation up to $100 is included.

International orders: At this stage, we are unable to process international orders via our shopping cart.

Customers from outside Australia will see the following message if they have proceeded through the shopping cart, "No delivery method setup for your country. Please contact us for a postage and delivery quote."

We apologise for this inconvenience but encourage international shoppers to contact us via email for the postage and delivery quote.

If the quote is satisfactory, customers will need to email us again to request an order form. Once the form and payment details have been received, the order will be processed as usual.

Loss & Damage

A horrible thought but an order could be damaged or lost in transit. In this event, the only way to guarantee a replacement order (up to the value of $100) is to pay an additional $2.80 for registered post.

If regular post was chosen, then a replacement order (up to the value of $50) cannot be provided unless Australia Post has approved a claim for compensation. This claim is lodged by us. Customers will be kept informed of the progress of a compensation claim, with any compensation forwarded as soon as it has been received. If an order is deemed urgent, then customers will need to make a payment for a second order, irrespective of the progress of a claim for compensation.
