Delivery Policy

We use Australia Post delivery services and offer Regular or Registered Post options at Checkout. Customers are notified by email when orders have been dispatched.

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving confirmation of payment.

A delay in the delivery time will occur if items are out of stock. Customers will be notified of this situation with an approximate new delivery time before an order is processed. Customers have the option to retract their order and receive a full refund if they are not satisfied with the new delivery schedule.

Postage & handling costs are automatically calculated and added during Checkout.

Australian orders:

Regular Post

6-15 packs $13.50
16+ packs $17.00

Registered Post
Add an additional $3.80.

 

International orders:
Australia Post Air Mail
Delivery - 10+ business days (up to 2kg)
Australia Post Express Post International
Delivery - 6+ business days with tracking & Email notifications (up to 20kg)

 

Loss & Damage

 

Australian Orders:

For Regular Postage, a refund of postage and compensation up to $50 for loss or damage may be paid at Australia Post’s discretion. Please be aware that we will not be able to replace your order unless Australia Post has approved a claim for compensation. Please review their terms & conditions at auspost.com.au/terms.

The only way to guarantee a replacement order (up to the value of $100) is to pay an additional $3.80 for Registered Post.

International orders:
